PERFECT TARKA DAAL RECIPE

 


Perfect Tarka Daal


Ingredients:


1 cup masoor daal ( split red lentil )

1/2 teaspoon garlic paste

1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes 

1/4 teaspoon turmeric 

1 teaspoon paprika 

salt to taste 

1 teaspoon oil 

2 tablespoons coriander 

2 green chillies


Directions:


1. Wash daal and add to a pan with all the ingredients and 2 1/2 cup of water. Cook for 20-25 minutes until daal grains are split and daal looks creamy.

2. Add chopped coriander and green chilli.
