CHANA CHAT RECIPE

 


Chana Chaat recipe 


Ingredients:


1 cup boiled chick peas 

1 cup boiled red kidney beans (raaj maa)

1 cup boiled potato ( cut into cubes )

2 tablespoons chopped onion 

2 tablespoons chopped tomatoes 

1 tablespoon finely chopped green chilli 

2 tablespoons ketchup 

2 tablespoons Lemon juice 

1 tablespoon tamarind sauce 

fresh coriander and mint few leaves (chopped)

1 teaspoon chaat masala 

salt and pepperr to taste 

2 tablespoons yoghurt


Directions:


1. In a large bowl mix all the ingredients and spices. Pour it into a serving bowl, pour 2 tablespoons of yoghurt. 

2. Sprinkle some red chilli flakes on top and garnish with mint. Enjoy your healthy Channa Chaat.
